Pipe smoking = pipe drawing

August.28.2013      DIN-A4      11.7 x 8.3 inch

Description

'Pipe smoking’ was developed by the Native Americans.

'Chanunpa Wakan' is a term of the Lakota (Sioux) and means 'sacred pipe'.

In Europe, the pipe smoking first became known by Columbus (1492).

Later the cigarette was invented.

The drawing shows a hand-carved pipe (root wood).

I am a ‘Non-smoker’, and because I once had to fight the smoke of a campfire while I was crawl swimming in a lake, I'll never start it...
